James glared at her briefly.

J: Nope.

Amy shrugged and made her chin elongate drastically.

A: This trick okay?

The woman applauded, giggling shrilly.

Woman: Oh, very good, very good indeed! Let me fetch you something!

She left, then returned with a tray of homemade candies.

As her chin retracted, Amy took a sweet and put it in her basket, smiling graciously.

The woman offered them around the group.

As they walked away from the house, Amy looked around for Peter.

A: Peters missing.

Probably in China.

R: He is?

J: He is?

Amy shrugged it off.

A: So. Best costume this year?

R: Hm... what do you think?

A: Can't beat James' get up really.

She joked, not wanting to make it awkward by restating the fact that Remus looked gorgeous.

Millie grinned at James, who had gotten two candies as opposed to one. Unbelievable.

M: Definitely not Jasmine, that's for sure.

She chimed in to them.

(You mean restating but it's okay I forgive you)

R: I think Evangeline looks quite nice.

(Eh)

A: I like Sirius' thing, he looks quite decent.

R: Oh yeah? His makeup makes him look weird.

Remus sulked.

Amy laughed.

A: You helped apply it.

She crossed her bare arms.

R: Still.

He grumbled, glancing out of the corner of his eye at her, and noticing her folded arms.

R: Are you cold?

Amy didn't want to admit weakness, but her goosebumps betrayed her.

A: Only a bit.

Remus cautiously put his arm around her shoulders.

Amy's eyes widened a bit, but she slowly relaxed.

A: Thank you.

R: It's okay...

A: Sky's clear.

She looked up.

R: Yeah. Clear.

A: Look, the moon.

It was a strange yellow colour.

Remus glanced quickly then looked away.

R: Yeah. Gold.

She looked at him.

A: Beautiful.
